Membership

1.1. Membership in the Kingdom Authors Alliance is subject to approval and payment of applicable fees.

1.2. Membership benefits and access to resources may vary depending on the chosen membership level.

1.3. KAA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate membership at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Courses and Certification Programs

2.1. KAA offers various courses and certification programs, including the Certified Kingdom Book Publishers Course.

2.2. Course enrollment is subject to acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and payment of applicable fees.

2.3. Course content, format, and schedule are subject to change at KAA's discretion.

2.4. Certification is granted upon successful completion of course requirements and is valid for the specified period.

2.5. KAA reserves the right to revoke certification for violation of these Terms and Conditions or for conduct deemed harmful to the reputation of KAA or the Kingdom publishing industry.

Payments and Refunds

3.1. All payments for memberships, courses, and programs are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

3.2. Payment plans, where offered, must be completed in full, regardless of course completion or participation.

3.3. KAA reserves the right to modify pricing and payment terms at any time.

Intellectual Property

4.1. All content provided by KAA, including course materials, templates, and resources, is the intellectual property of KAA and is protected by copyright laws.

4.2. Members and course participants are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the provided content for personal or business purposes related to Kingdom publishing.

4.3. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of KAA's intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

Member and Participant Conduct

5.1. Members and course participants agree to conduct themselves in a professional, ethical, and respectful manner in all interactions with KAA staff, other members, and the general public.

5.2. Harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of membership or course access without refund.

Privacy and Data Protection

6.1. KAA collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6.2. By providing personal information to KAA, you consent to its collection, use, and storage as described in the Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

7.1. KAA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our website, courses, programs, or services.

7.2. KAA's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the member or participant for the relevant membership, course, or program.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

8.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Louisiana. 8.2. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Louisiana.

Amendments

9.1. KAA reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without notice.

9.2. Continued use of KAA's website, courses, programs, or services after any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.

By accessing or using any of KAA's offerings, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, please refrain from using our website, courses, programs, or services.

Cancellation Policy

At Kingdom Authors Alliance (KAA), we are committed to providing our members and course participants with high-quality resources and support. However, we understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your membership or course enrollment. Please review our cancellation policy carefully.

Membership Cancellation

1.1. Quarterly Memberships: If you have a quarterly membership, you may cancel at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for the next quarter. No prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining days in the current billing cycle.

1.2. Annual Memberships: If you have an annual membership, you may cancel within 30 days of your initial purchase for a full refund. After 30 days, your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing year, and you will not be charged for the next year. No prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining months in the current billing year.

Course Enrollment Cancellation

2.1. If you have enrolled in a course under the Standard Enrollment or VIP option, you may cancel within 7 days of your initial purchase for a full refund. After 7 days, no refunds will be issued, and you will be responsible for completing any payment plans associated with your enrollment.

Cancellation Process

3.1. To cancel your membership or course enrollment, please submit a written request to [email protected].

3.2. Your cancellation request must include your full name, email address associated with your account, and reason for cancellation.

3.3. KAA will process your cancellation request within 5 business days and send a confirmation email once the cancellation is complete.

Refunds

4.1. If you are eligible for a refund based on the criteria outlined in sections 1 and 2, KAA will process your refund within 10 business days of receiving your cancellation request.

4.2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

4.3. Please note that KAA is not responsible for any fees or charges incurred by your bank or payment provider in connection with the refund process.

Access to Resources After Cancellation

5.1. Upon cancellation of your membership or course enrollment, your access to KAA's resources, courses, and materials will be revoked.

5.2. It is your responsibility to download and save any materials you wish to keep prior to your cancellation taking effect.

Exceptions

6.1. KAA reserves the right to make exceptions to this cancellation policy on a case-by-case basis, at our sole discretion.

6.2. If you believe you have extenuating circumstances that warrant an exception, please contact [email protected] with a detailed explanation of your situation.

By purchasing a membership or enrolling in a course with Kingdom Authors Alliance, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Cancellation Policy.
